Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving customer complaints
- Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and control expenses within budgetary guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and increase occupancy rates
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain effective communication with staff, guests, and vendors
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management (Full service hotel)

- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations
