We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. ```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant/ bar operations
- Ensure excellent guest services by training and supervising staff in delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage hotel reservations and ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the human resources department to recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community organizations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel management

- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Proficient in revenue management techniques to maximize hotel profitability
- Knowledge of human resources practices in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
