Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Manage and train hotel staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of revenue management techniques to optimize hotel revenue
- Excellent guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Familiarity with human resources practices in the hospitality industry
- Ability to oversee guest services operations, including front desk and concierge services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Experience in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservations management
