The Marina Bay Hotel - Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice is currently accepting resumes for the position of Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have prior hotel management experience including food and beverage. The candidate must be a hands on manager with a “can do” attitude. This is NOT an office management position. Candidates with previous Hotel experience preferred. Applicants must have open availability including nights, weekends and holidays. Our business is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

The Hotel Ops Manager position requires an open schedule to include nights & weekends since the Ops is in charge when the General Manager is not present.

Below are several key qualities our ideal candidate will have:

1) Experience in increasing hotel service scores

2) Experience in leading and motivating a team, management & line level alike

3) The ability to train managers, utilizing both Brand & Company policies and procedures

4) Past experience with ChoiceAdvantage, Medallia and Kipsu

5) Previous experience in creating & maintaining a guest experience through line level associates

6) Stable and progressive work history
