Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, above property Sales Manager to handle the Social & SMERF segments for our portfolio of 7 hotels. This position would work on site in our corporate office in Biltmore Village and report to the Area Director of Sales.
The primary responsibilities of the Social/SMERF Sales Manager position will include: responding in a timely manner to inbound leads, managing sales activities in STS/ProposalPath, working closely with Director of Revenue Management to qualify business and maximize revenue, and communicating definite bookings with Hotel Management teams.
The successful candidate will be able to achieve sales targets, drive guest satisfaction for group blocks, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to prioritize workload in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
