Hotel Resident Manager oversees daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services. Remains on-site and on-call to respond to issues, security threats, or hotel emergencies. Being a Hotel Resident Manager also responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversees property maintenance function. Additionally, Hotel Resident Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a hotel manager. The Hotel Resident Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
