**Duties:**

- Manage daily hotel operations, including reservations, guest services, and housekeeping

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly

- Train and supervise staff to provide top-notch service to guests

- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures

- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue

- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards of the hotel

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs

**Skills:**

- OPERA system experience

- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with guests and staff

- Strong guest relations skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests

- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for catering to diverse guests

- Knowledge of night audit procedures and experience in hotel management

- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel software for reservations and guest services
