Remains on-site and on-call to respond to issues, security threats, or hotel emergencies. Being a Hotel Resident Manager also responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversees property maintenance function. Additionally, Hotel Resident Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a hotel manager.
