Hotel Resident Manager jobs in Richmond, VA

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, hvac and plumbing.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
