Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented Hotel Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in hotel management, exemplary leadership abilities, and an unwavering dedication to providing unforgettable guest experiences.

Duties:

• Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets and optimize profitability
• Lead and manage hotel staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance assessments
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through the delivery of top-notch guest services
• Manage hotel finances and budgeting effectively
• Implement and maintain streamlined hotel operations
• Handle guest inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff members

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in hotel management or a related field
• Profound understanding of budgeting and revenue management practices
• Familiarity with hotel technologies, including phone systems and other relevant software
• Outstanding guest service and customer relationship skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
• Prior leadership experience within the hospitality industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00 - $56,700.00 per year
