We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the operations of our apartment community in Bremen, IN. Housing is provided as this position does require the manager to live on site. As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants

Qualifications:
