Job Overview:
We are seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee the operations of our apartment community in Bremen, IN. Housing is provided as this position does require the manager to live on site. As an Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
-- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with staff and contractors
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and property activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is helpful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, including fair housing laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively while working in a single person office
