Hotel Resident Manager oversees daily activities on the hotel property including front desk operations, reservations, and concierge and customer services. Remains on-site and on-call to respond to issues, security threats, or hotel emergencies. Being a Hotel Resident Manager also responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversees property maintenance function. Additionally, Hotel Resident Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a hotel manager. The Hotel Resident Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Hotel Resident Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     1.Must walk within the facility and on the grounds for approximately 1 mile per 8-hour shift.

    2.Must be capable of administering CPR and / or be certified.

    3.Must be able to bend and stoop from a standing position to the floor.

    4.Must be able to stand continuously in increments of 45 minutes to 1 hour

    5.Must have a valid Alabama Driver’s License and a safe driving record.

    6.Must be physically assist a disoriented or intoxicated a resident of average weight of 140 to 170 lbs. from the floor to a chair or bed.

    7.Must be emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful situations.

    8.If recovering, two years of continuous verifiable abstinence.

    General Responsibilities :

    The RA II will assist in the overall care and supervision of the residents. The RA II will function in a professional manner and evidence a positive attitude in all aspects of work.

    The performance of all duties will be consistent with Bradford philosophy, enhance the therapeutic environment and protect the confidentiality of all patients.

    Essential Functions :

    1.Complete individual resident check-ins as assigned by program coordinators.

    2.Perform all functions as the Resident Assistant.

    3.Facilitate resident community meetings.

    4.Facilitate program functions.

    5.Supervise resident activities as directed.

    6.Demonstrate the ability to communicate and relate to residents clearly and effectively.

    7.Reports any infractions of policy to the Senior Resident Specialist.

    8.Assure that patients are in their rooms at the designated times in the evening.

    9.Demonstrated knowledge and skill in non-violent crisis interventions.

    10.Regular attendance.

    11.Must maintain professional demeanor and be responsive to patient’s needs and concerns.

    12.Ability to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, clients, prospective clients and contractors.

    13.Ability to work in a state of alertness as to perform the job safely.

    14.Do other related jobs which are necessary to the daily operation of the Reprieve, as and when requested by the program specialist or Senior Resident Specialist.
