- experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Experience with laundry operations is a plus
