Duties:
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service

- Manage phone systems, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback surveys or direct communication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front desk or hospitality management required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and phone systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
