The Job

• As Spa Supervisor, you must maintain a calm and professional demeanor while coordinating all Spa services, including: spa treatments, the fitness centers, and retail.
• You must ensure the Spa team maximizes the guest experience by achieving all service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations, and efficiently completing departmental objectives.  
• You must also communicate with the guests in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
