The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a very important role in the overall functions of the Edgewater. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for directly supervising housekeeping staff, planning and coordinating projects, and administrative procedures - all while maintaining an energetic, professional, and welcoming demeanor. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be assisting the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the Housekeeping team, prepare room attendant boards, provide training and coaching to the team, inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness is up to our high standards, maintain linen and supplies inventories and respond to guest requests, concerns and questions. The Edgewater demands the highest quality of customer service, and the Housekeeping Supervisor position reflects that as you are often times meeting guests throughout the hotel.
