Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and coordinate with various hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Oversee front desk processes and reporting
- Utilize phone systems efficiently to handle incoming calls
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk (1 year )
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software (Stayntouch preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
