Position Summary: The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the restaurant, room service and lobby bar operations. Provide all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept, brand promise and standards.

• Inspect the outlets daily for cleanliness.
• Regularly walk and inspect all areas in order to direct work with an emphasis on sanitation and cleanliness.
• Have a thorough knowledge of menus and applicable specials.
• Supervise and ensure brand standards are adhered to.
• Remain in the dining room during peak business hours, greet and engage with guests to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Be able to operate the hotel computer system.
• Perform opening and closing procedures with service staff.
• Follow proper procedure regarding cash handling, following cash bank reconciliation and end of shift drop.
• Spot check guest checks to ensure proper check handling.
• Ensure supplies are stocked, submit requests for purchasing items in a timely fashion to never run out of anything.
• Check side work of staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
• Assist with staff payroll.
• Maintain a clean and efficient restaurant.
• Know and comply with state food handling and liquor laws.
• Engage guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Adhere to hotel grooming and uniform standards.

Perform any additional tasks requested by management.
