Hotel Supervisor - Casino supervises all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, concierge, and customer service. Responds to all guest requests, concerns, or problems. Being a Hotel Supervisor - Casino ensures an optimal level of service and hospitality. Works to maintain, update, and train staff on service, hospitality, and safety policies and procedures. Additionally, Hotel Supervisor - Casino may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Hotel Supervisor - Casino supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Hotel Supervisor - Casino typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

    • Other duties may be assigned.
    • Comp privileges-Discretionary authority-based on play or anticipated play.
    • Handles customer requests, problems and complaints.
    • Entertains guests at special events.
    • Develops new customers for Table Games and Slots.
    • Maintains existing customer information.
    • Obtains credit information to establish credit lines.
    • Has discretionary authority to approve credit up to a designated amount established by Internal Controls filed with the State Police.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None.


    QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\par


    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

    REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


    CERTIFICATES,LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Louisiana Gaming License, LACT and/or TIPS card required.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The atmosphere in the casino is always smoke-filled. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.


    ADDITIONAL DUTIES/ JOB DIMENSIONS: Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods. Superior employee and guest service relations.

    Computer and typing skills (45-50 WPM). Ability to manage and account for inventory.
