Description of responsibilities
· Break out the house and assign rooms. Ensure rooms are assigned and available for sale by 10am for Marriott Rewards members.
· Document injuries on company documentation.
· Coach and council staff using company documents.
· Direct respond to guest in resolving their concerns.
· Use GXP to record all guest interactions, and use IVR.
· Supervise all staff in Laundry, and housekeeping holding them accountable and responsible for their work performance.
· Reviews, revises and approves daily payroll reports in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager.
· Schedule shifts and arrange for replacement in case of absence.
· Attend meetings as required by Management.
· Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards.
· Run a Newly Vacated Rooms report and update GRA's.
· Hold a morning meeting. Record items discussed and any comments by GRA's.
· Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Required experience:
· Read and write in English and Spanish.
· English and Spanish speaking
· Ability to sit, stand, bend over, bend down, walk, and use stairs
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
· Ability to push Housekeeping Cart
· Ability to see, hear, and communicate verbally
