JOB SUMMARY: Able to assume the duties and responsibilities of a Security Officer and/or Security Shift Supervisor. As assigned, responsible for the immediate supervision, guidance, safety and training of Security personnel on shift. Responsible for the safety and protection of all guests, team member and casino property; promotes superior guest relations and a safe, friendly environment. Commands call of service or emergencies.

LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class III gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time; ability to lift or move (50) lbs. or more. The ability/tolerance to handle stressful situations on a daily basis. Able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and events.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: (1) One year supervisory experience required in one of the following: Security, Law Enforcement, Military, Emergency Response or Guest Service, and/or two (2) years of continuous employment in the Legends Casino Security Department. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history background check. Valid Washington State Driver’s License required.
