Range: $62,046.40 - $86,864.96

Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Uses skills, experience, and scope of licensure to provide clinically appropriate supervision to supervisees in order to ensure client care is provided according to code of ethics and Agency expectations.
• Provides regular and ongoing supervision sessions individually and in a group for staff across all regions.
• Provides CDCA supervisees with at least one hour of supervision per 40 hours worked.
• Provides clinical supervision, based on licensure, in accordance with OAC 4757-23-01 for social workers and 4757-17-01 for counselors. Chemical Dependency licensure will provide supervision according to their scope of practices outlined in OAC 4758-6.
• Collaborates effectively with Clinical Coordinators to ensure quality of care and program implementation are consistent.
• Assists Clinical Director, Clinical Manager, and Clinical Administrator with audit preparation.  Stays apprised of audit, licensing, staff credentials, and contract requirements.
• Determines a client’s appropriateness for services using the DSM-V/ICD-10 criteria for substance use disorders.
• Provides clinically focused training sessions as assigned by Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.
• Coordinates with Staff Development department for training, brochures, etc.
• Disseminates information to treatment staff regularly and in an effective manner.
• Provides supervisory direction regarding caseloads and related clinical duties
