Looking for highly motivated Front of House supervisor who would like to join our growing team at The Town Club. We are presently accepting applications for an experienced Dining Room Supervisor. Applicant Should have a minimum of 3 years in dining room management with a proven and verifiable track record.

If you have a positive attitude and have an outgoing personality, you may be interested in joining our team. Full service private club experience or restaurant environment with Private Event Experience preferred and will also demand a desire to learn more! Applicants must be able to work well with others and always have a positive mindset.

Supervisor Responsibilities

·Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.

• Train and manage staff. Teach and train staff on the following systems: Jonas, Menu, Wine List,

Etiquette and Member Service.

• Respond to member requests.

• Meeting and greeting customers.

• Organize table reservations.

• Advising customers on menu and wine choice.

• Recruiting, training and motivating staff.

• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety within the restaurant.

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

• Maintaining customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

• Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement, monitoring food presentation and service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher preferred.
