Lafayette Public house is a fast-paced Coffee Shop & Brunch destination by morning, turned Beer Garden & bar at night.

We are looking for baristas/cashiers, Food-Runners & those with key-holder/team-lead experience to join our team. Job positions will be responsible for coming in and learning the system, working their way up if applicable and bring positive attitudes and energy to each and every day they are in the store.

Baristas/Cashier/Food-Runner are responsible for but not limited to:

-Being punctual

-Positive attitude

-Hardworking/Reliable

-Ringing customers up while holding efficiency and accuracy at the forefront of each transaction

-Actively engages in tasking to help the flow of the daypart be successful and smooth

-Problem solves through customer complaints, ensuring that the patron leaves happy

-Works well within a team and is willing to work wherever asked

-Keeps station clean and stocked at the start and end of each shift

-Flexible and willing to learn, and takes instruction well from others

Key-Holder Responsibilities:

-Punctual

-Hardworking, Reliable & flexible

-Willing to work their way up through the company

-Keeps composure through customer complaints or situations that may arise with staff and/or customers- ensuring they use active listening and problem-solving skills to diffuse and make sure they leave happy

-Keeps up to date on all health code guidelines and regulations

-Willing and able to execute Open/Closing duties

-Has open availability and is willing to work under the supervision of others

-Takes constructive criticism well from upper management

Our business currently offers employees tips based on hours worked-

Tips range from $7-$20 an hour daily.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.00 – 30.00 per week
