Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and hospitality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, food runners and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Oversee the seating of guests and ensure timely service
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with food handling regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is helpful

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer complaints effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling is helpful

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
