Housekeeper jobs in Huntington, NY

Private home in Kings Park, New York-Suffolk County- Long Island needing a housekeeper's touch. The Housekeepers can work 18 hours per week- Monday-Friday e from 10 or 11 am to 4 pm or 5 pm.  The hours and day are flexible

The Ideal Candidate: Looking for full housekeeping, only his laundry, towels, and sheets, changing his bedding once a week, grocery shopping, and errands, Mr. has 2 grown kids who live in the house occasionally. The majority of the time it is just the principal alone. He would like someone who is organized, makes a list of groceries, keeps track of anything that needs to be replaced, helps when contractors come to the house, and helps him as an assistant with phone calls and filing files as needed.    He works from home a few days a week and he will not be in your way.  He just needs help to concentrate more on his business and be his kids.  

What Works Best for Family: Someone who is trustworthy and has positive energy. Mr. wants someone with him for years to come. One of his housekeepers worked for him for 14 years!

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Would love it if this person could do light cooking and have one meal done before you leave or a meal he can heat up, nothing fancy. 
• Laundry: His Laundry
• Ironing: Sometimes- but most goes to cleaners
• Errands: Daily Grocery Shopping, pick up and drop off dry cleaning
• Driving: Required

Position Compensation
