Housekeeper works to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties which may include: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting. Being a Housekeeper may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Housekeeper possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Environmental Services Director, the Housekeeper ensures that the facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times to provide for the care and welfare of our residents in a healthful environment. The Housekeeper respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff. This is a safety sensitive position.
