Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Former Paid house cleaning experience or janitorial services is a plus
- Speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow a Speed Cleaning System and work as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Work Hours and Flexibility:
You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what type of jobs you prefer. We handle the advertising, phone calls, estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for clients. You take care of what you're passionate about (cleaning) and we handle the litigation.
-This opportunity is not suitable for you if you're seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a cleaning technician works with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as much as possible. However we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours' worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build ongoing client base.
