Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance.
• Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, ensuring that all areas of the nursing home are consistently clean and well-maintained.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ordering necessary items to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleanliness standards are met and maintained, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and protocols.
• Assist in the development and management of the housekeeping budget.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation best practices.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
