Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as residential homes, hotels, or commercial buildings. Your role will involve performing a range of cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. Duties: - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors - Empty trash bins and replace liners - Launder and change bed linens and towels - Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products - Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet cleaning or floor care - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to housekeeping schedules and prioritize tasks effectively Skills: - Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
