We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Housekeeping Manager This position will work out of our South Plainfield, NJ office

10-15 years of previous work experience in a related field is required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manages housekeeping operations for the portfolio (cleaning common areas & grounds)
• Oversight & acceptance of contracted cleaning services
• Weekly site inspections
• Measuring performance of both contractor & associates
• Creating associate cleaning schedules & assigning tasks
• Hiring, training and maintaining housekeeping staff
• Adhere to company policies & procedures
• Provide excellent customer service
• Able to support any and all housekeeping needs and or guidance of the properties
• Be organized and detail oriented in order to follow up on outstanding issues
• Responsible for creating policies and procedures to ensure the proper function of the housekeeping department

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 10-15 years experience in relevant field
• 5-7 years experience in supervisory role
• Ability to read, write & speak English
• Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner
