Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the facility. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and organized environment - Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain records of housekeeping activities, such as room occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and lost and found items - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Provide exceptional customer service to guests Skills: - Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles and practices - Experience in industrial cleaning techniques and floor care - Familiarity with custodial procedures and equipment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
