The Housekeeping Supervisor leads housekeeping team members and oversees cleaning procedures. The primary goal is to maintain a high degree of cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere in accordance with Mennonite Home Communities standards.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous Supervisory experience required.

• Valid PA Driver’s License & a minimum of two years driving experience required.

• Three years’ experience working in an institutional/hospitality setting and or with cleaning responsibilities preferred.

• Previous knowledge of institutional/hospitality cleaning procedures and protocols.

• Computer skills needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR INCLUDE:

• Performs various housekeeping tasks filling in as needed. 

• Trains and orients new team members. 

• Completes various administrative duties within the Housekeeping Department.
