Housekeeping Supervisor supervises the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for standards' establishment, staff training, schedule/resource coordination, workflow inspection, inventory maintenance and equipment supplies. Being a Housekeeping Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Housekeeping Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our hotel housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in staff supervision, guest room cleaning, floor care, industrial cleaning, and hospitality to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility.
**Duties:**
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
- Break out the house
- Inspect rooms to be sure they are ready to rent
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards
- Address customer concerns and requests promptly
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or related field
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry practices

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
