Housing Director oversees all aspects of on-campus housing for students. Assigns residence hall managers to each dormitory. Being a Housing Director reviews and updates all housing policies to ensure the safety of residents. May also be in charge of an off-campus housing program. Position Overview
The Asset Management Director is responsible for the management of all activities related to the Low Rent Programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Programs, and any other programs that are administered through properties managed and acquired. This position is responsible for supervising and directing the work of at least 6 full-time program employees.

Required Knowledge and Abilities
Minimum Education, Training, and/or Experience
This position requires graduation from an accredited college with a BS/BA; a minimum of five years of experience supervising and/or maintaining a multifamily rental property; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Regular attendance is required for this position. Certified Property Manager® (CPM) Certification preferred. Property Management Certification in accordance with HUD guidelines within 1 year of employment. Maintenance Management Certification within 1 year of employment. Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification within 1 year of employment. Uniform Physical Code Standards Certification within 1 year of employment. Annual Continued Education hours are not less than twenty-five (25) hours.
