A growing property management firm is seeking highly motivated and energetic candidates to fill our PROJECT BASED SECTION 8 PROPERTY MANAGER position at our multi-family property in Albany, GA. Ideal candidates will: have Property Manager Experience, managing Project Based Section 8 property of at least 75 units; be familiar with HUD rules and regulations; and have experience in property operations. All candidates must be computer literate, specifically in MS Word, Excel and Outlook for Windows. OneSite experience is a plus!

All candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
