Position Summary - We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time (35-hours/week), benefits-eligible Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager position within its Homeless Services division in Danbury. This position works with homeless and formerly homeless individuals living with mental health diagnoses, involvement in the criminal justice system, and/or substance use disorders to overcome barriers, secure and sustain stable, permanent housing, and improve overall quality of life through ongoing strengths-based case management and wraparound support.
