Position Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator
Position Summary: Quality Assurance, Case management, staff training.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants a mixture of clinical and administrative work.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Support consumers in achieving mental health rehabilitative and recovery goals as identified in the individualized recovery plan, and in accordance with Community Support Services model.
2. Provide training and consultation to program staff and interns.
3. Assist in the implantation of the Quality Assurance Plan, including but not limited to chart reviews and utilization review.
4. Function as a team member: facilitate group activities, participate in program activities, communicate all relevant information to other team members and departments.
5. Ensure all clinical and administrative documentation is completed with accuracy, timeliness, and in accordance with State and Federal Regulations and agency Policy and Procedures.
6. Liaison with the accounting and clinical team to ensure accuracy of documents and billing.
7. Other duties or special projects as assigned by supervisor or executive management team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health, counseling, or other human services related discipline.
