Compass Rose Student Housing is seeking a motivated individual focused on customer service to lead our Avondale team. This position will be responsible for overall management of a student housing program at one of the client schools. This will include property management, and student services functions. The position will be responsible for supporting future and current students with their housing needs through a high volume of communication, interaction and follow up, while creating a culture of positivity and personal growth. It will be the responsibility of the DIRECTOR OF RESIDENT LIFE to embrace and nurture a relationship in a mature way, with the Compass Rose Student Housing partners, customers and clients by continually going above and beyond thereby creating a great customer service experience.
Property Management or Leasing experience are a good background for this position
