Our agency is seeking a dedicated professional to add to our team as a Residential Services Director (RSD) for our Intermediate Care Facilities for persons with Intellectual Disabilities in Dollville, IL!
Areas of responsibility include but not limited to: staffing, resident care, implementation strategies, implementing doctor plans, safety of residents and staff, regulatory requirements, keeping the facility in compliance with written policies and procedures, as well as your own profession growth and development. The RSD will also be responsible for facility budget and be flexible to work extra hours in emergency situations.
Requirements:
-One year experience with working with developmentally disabled persons
-One year experience in oversight of personnel
-Must meet the State educational requirements for QIDP (Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field)
-Valid Illinois Driver's License
-Ability to pass drug and background screens
