A property management company in Buffalo, NY is looking for a manager to join the team with at least 5 years of property management experience in the City of Buffalo and its surrounding suburbs.
Tasks included but not limited to:
- Attending to inspections such as Section 8, city and county, health department etc.
- Managing maintenance and repairs for said inspection and follow through to completion.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs calls between the office, tenants and maintenance team.
- Daily visit to various properties to check on repairs status, meet vendors, address concerns.
- Prepare vacancies for new tenants and fill vacancies.
The right individual for the position is a self starter, detail oriented. Flexibility and ability to work with others is extremely important.
