Full-time position for qualified individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department, including the planning, scheduling and prioritizing maintenance team operations. This position requires individual to complete management functions 60% of the time and performing maintenance tasks 40% of the time. Directs and performs the completion of structural repairs to buildings, performing ground maintenance activities and general cleaning and upkeep of buildings.
Associate degree in business preferred; high school education or equivalent required. An equivalent combination of formal education, training and work experience which produces the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the essential duties/responsibilities of the position required. Experience in public housing or multi-family units required. Previous supervisory experience required. Good starting salary and benefit package. This position will remain open until filled.
