Housing Assistance Corporation is looking for a Full-time, 35 hours per week, Program Representative to work within Housing Assistance Corporations Leased Housing Program.
This position will be responsible for maintaining current and working understandings of applicable state and federal policy regulations. You will be required to determine participant income rent and complete required transactions. The Program Representative will be responsible for continued occupancy transactions, specifically re-certifications, interim adjustments, participation terminations as well as deal with participant landlord issues.
An ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, above average oral and written communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, be able to comprehend and utilize complex program regulations and procedures and be sensitive to confidential issues and to the needs of households with low income.
