Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator/ Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and previous ADP Workforce Now experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee hours worked
- Produce post payroll required reports
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations
- Support the HR team
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Experience:
- Previous payroll experience is required
- Previous ADP Workforce Now experience is a must
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as governmental accounting, journal entries, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
