Position qualifications:
Previous experience with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred. Minimum two (2) years previous experience in Human Resources or related setting preferred.
Job purpose:
Provides general and technical support to the Human Resources Department. Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and Mind Springs Health policies/procedures and their impact on the operations. Maintains content of personnel files and processes information into Paycom. Manages company-wide training database and compliance folders, to include reporting, uploading and maintaining data.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Must have ability to sit for longer periods of time at a computer. Employee must be able to travel between Mind Springs Health sites. Possible potential for exposure to communicable disease.
