Description:
Responsible for compiling and maintaining personnel records, processing employment applications and assists in other employment activities and any other job related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Education:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, organizational skills and customer service skills. Knowledge of office practices and procedures and the ability to use all office equipment is desired. Must have proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Strong oral and written communication skills are an asset.

Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
