Our team is seeking an experienced, versatile, and strategic Recruiter, HR Generalist. This role will be pivotal in driving our ambitious roadmap as we prepare to expand our operations across the US.
Job Description
The Recruiter, HR Generalist will generate pipelines of qualified and capable talent for the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and actively advertise job opportunities, refer qualified applicants, screen candidates, schedule interviews, participate in interviewing prospective employees as needed, administer pre-employment background, reference checks, and drug screens. Collaborate with hiring managers, department heads, and HR staff to ensure hiring qualified and capable talent.
Some travel may be required as company grows.
