Responsible for customer service functions of the Human Resources Department. Assists employees and applicants with Human Resource issues. Ensures compliance with accreditation standards by collecting and recording the necessary documentation to maintain compliance with HR Standards: i.e. license, certifications, and competencies. Performs administrative and clerical related duties. May assist the Senior Vice President System Human Resources, as requested. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Supports regulatory compliance at Benefis Health System. Other duties as requested.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets customers and answers the telephone
Ensures completion and processing of New Hire paperwork, onboarding, and scanning of documents.
Tracks the renewal of all required licenses system-wide.
Assists with Recognition Banquet, Community Giving Campaign, Birthday Cards and other programs as requested.
Ensures the completion, processing, and tracking of competencies
Ensures the compilation and tracking for the EOC report
Distributes mail within office
Monitors appropriate paperwork on non-employee healthcare providers as well as agency personnel.
Enter New Hires into the system
Make employee badges when required - New Hires, replacements, title changes, etc.
Data entry of W-4, address, and direct deposit changes in system
Order office supplies
Sends out bereavement e-mails
Responsible for monthly OIG reporting
Completes employment verifications

High School diploma required.
1 - 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
Proficient in all aspects of computer and software programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Internet.
