A Green Bay machinery company is looking to add an Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant to their team! The Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Team, greeting customers, answering phones, and assisting in the onboarding process. A successful Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant will have excellent Microsoft Office Excel and Word skills, customer service, problem solving and great attention to detail.

Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant Job Highlights:

• $18.00-22.00/hour
• The shift is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant Job Duties:

• Support the HR team through data entry tasks
• Keep track of timesheets, employee vacations and PTO
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Answer phones, emails and greet all visitors and clients
• Handle front desk duties such as sorting mail
• Format information for internal and external communication
• Maintain annual uniform order for all technicians
• Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent degree required
• Human Resources experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a professional work environment
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
