Baxter Manufacturing a full-service supplier to the automotive plastics industry, located in Westminster, SC has an immediate opening for a part-time Human Resources Assistant. This is an on-site position working three days per week supporting a busy Human Resources department with various administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, assisting new employees with onboarding, coordinating meetings between onsite personnel and remote personnel, relaying messages, computer data entry, distributing mail, providing administrative assistance to other departments as time allows. Qualified applicants must have excellent communication skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office, able to perform accurate data entry, have a professional and friendly demeanor, ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality of documents and records, meetings, and conversations.
